According to reports, a South Korean man passed away Saturday night while paragliding in Gujarat’s Mehsana district. Officials are seen evaluating the man as he remains unconscious on the ground, surrounded by residents in another video, reportedly from the same occurrence.

Inspector Nikunj Patel of Kadi Police Station said the man was traveling with a Korean buddy visiting a friend in Vadodara.”Shin was in Vadodara for a trip. He was visiting his Korean friend, who also enjoys paragliding, in Visatpura village, which is close to Kadi town. Shin and his Korean companion went paragliding on Saturday night.” PTI quoted Patel.
“The man fell from a height of around 50 feet after the canopy failed to open properly,” the Inspector of police added.
Around 5:30 p.m., the accident occurred, and the victim was taken to the hospital in a semi-conscious state, where he passed away during treatment, according to PTI.
