Barcelona Defeats Celta Vigo 1-0 Thanks to a Pedri Goal

Celta has lost three of their last four league games and is currently 11th in the table with 10 points, four points above the relegation zone.

Barcelona: Barcelona returned to the top of LaLiga with a 1-0 win over Celta Vigo at Camp Nou on Sunday, thanks to Pedri’s first-half goal.

After eight games, Barcelona and Real Madrid are tied on 22 points, but the Catalans have a better goal difference ahead of next Sunday’s El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Pedri scored in the 17th minute with a close-range rebound after taking advantage of defender Unai Nunez’s poor clearance as he attempted to clear a Gavi cross.

Celta has lost three of their last four league games after a strong start to the season, leaving them in 11th place with 10 points, four above the relegation zone.
