Cisco honored 19 partners in 21 categories.
At its annual Partner Summit this week, Cisco Systems presented prizes to its top resellers, MSPs, distributors, hyper scalers, and other partner categories.
CDW was named Americas Partner of the Year, while World Wide Technology was named Enterprise Partner of the Year. Ingram Micro was also named Distributor of the Year by Cisco.
The list of winners demonstrates the vast ecosystem that Cisco manages. Traditional “resale” partner companies, such as CDW and ePlus, were recognized by Cisco. However, the list includes Orange Business Services, a significant facilities-based service provider, Amazon Web Services, and the IT powerhouse Microsoft (which recently teamed with Cisco around collaboration).
“Every year, we take the opportunity to acknowledge our top-performing partners and their accomplishments.” This year is a little different. Not only because we were able to celebrate our winners in person in Las Vegas, but also because becoming one of the top partners and achieving a global award in these turbulent times is even more impressive,” said Oliver Tuszik, Cisco’s senior vice president of global partner sales and general manager of routes to market.
